Selection of extrusion dies & punches...

We manufacture a wide range of precision punches and dies for a diverse customer base. These include the aerospace, defense, automotive and manufacturing industries and utilize a range of materials from steel, ceramic, tungsten carbide and tool alloys.

We produce extrusion dies in all materials with tolerances tied to +/- 0.0001" /  +/-0.0025mm. We are continually working with our customers to prolong the length of their dies  by using modern machining techniques and by utilizing different grades of materials in their manufacture. 

   

Variety of punches we've produced...

We routinely work tied to tolerances of 0.0001" / 0.01mm on punches and dies with bores ranging from 0.080" up to 12" and diameters from 0.050" up to 12".
