- Universal Grinding

We have several universal grinding machines with a capacity of
14" x 40" (350mm x 1000mm) and are tooled up to grind most
materials including tool steels, ceramics and tungsten carbide both
internally and externally.
- Surface Grinding

We use Jones and Shipman surface grinders with a capacity of
10" x 18" (250mm x 450mm).
- Centreless Grinding
-
We can Centreless grind parallel or tapered components from 1mm
to 60mm. This includes tungsten carbide and all steels.
- Toolmaking and Consulting Services.

We can produce custom tooling for most requirements in tungsten
carbide, ceramics and steels for a one off or a production run. This
includes prototyping of tools during the design phase and consulting
on best materials to use for a given tool. We are always happy to
review customers own drawings / requirements and draw upon our many
years experience to offer any advice that's relevant.

- Ultrasonic Cleaning
-
We offer an ultrasonic cleaning service for chemically treated
components, difficult to clean parts or materials that have some form
of contaminant that needs removing prior to machining or use.
